From the first glance, this champagne transports you into an enchanting world where the pale golden yellow colour evokes the rare and precious citrine stone. Its hue accentuates its effervescence and fine, intensely sparkling bubbles.
A spellbinding and attractive nose that gives way to sweet and vivacious aromas. Middle notes of white flowers, dried citrus and slightly candied apricots, with mirabelle plum jam to finish. the whole is enveloped in aromas of mild tobacco.
This wine has a pleasantly silky mouthfeel, enhanced by all the aromas perceived by the nose, as well as other flavours such as membrillo and barley sugar. It is perfectly balanced and leaves a wonderfully pleasant finish on the tongue.
