Golden yellow color with a fine and elegant effervescence.

Fresh and complex nose characterized by delicate notes of white flowers and candied fruit (citrus); everything is heightened with subtle aromas of pastries and spices (white pepper).

The mouth is beautifully fresh : we rediscover the candied lemon already present on the nose. The finish is straight, sapid and long.

Cuvée DIAMANT Grand Cru 2014 will sublimate the lobster and grilled scallops with a citrus sauce. This cuvée also pairs very well with a lightly spiced roast sea bass fillet or a Bresse chicken with morels and cream sauce.
